I'm sure there are plenty of you out there who - like me - were headed down this same path. I want to take this opportunity to once again thank Steve, NerdFitness, and all the rebels who gave me the tools to do something about that. RIP Mr. Gandolfini. It's sad, but sometimes the best we can do is reach out andtry to save what we can while we can. I'm not away from the herd yet, but thanks to Steve and members like you I might just avoid the slaughterhouse.
