Discovered the rebellion last week but just getting round to making my introduction because I'm technologically challenged (hint: have to actually click the validation link before you can post anything halfling). I am in a job that requires me to be a certain weight (military) and had been dancing on the razor edge of passing. After 8 years of going through crash diets a month before weigh in to make it I am fricken tired of being labeled one of the 'fat kids.' I've done paleo before and had awesome results but always I'd cheat and then in cheating tossed caution to the wind and getting right back on the pasta-laden band wagon (seconds? thirds? why not!) So getting back at it and along with the rebellion I'm going to do it right...
