dglick2001
Hola all, very much a newbie to the rebellion here, with an initial question. Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, if so, please feel free to direct me to the right place! Anyway, I just started with the program, and since I've been a lazy slob for longer than I care to admit, I figured the Rookie workout was the best place to start despite the fact I've worked out and been much more fit in the past. So far, I am enjoying the work out and believe I've made the right decision. However, I can tell that I'll need to bump up the difficulty relatively soon... And thats my question, does anyone have a general rule of thumb or a good gauge that lets you know it might be time to move up to the next level in the Rebel Fitness Guide? Appreciate any guidance! I-Jo
try harder modifications. There are always to do what is called a progression- the exercises listed are the base line models- you can scale up or down as you need to. Quote Link to comment
