dpwdash Posted June 24, 2013 Report Share Posted June 24, 2013 Good thing I am not afraid of sweat. Yesterday I finished my first Cross fit class. (?) We did a partner filthy fifty, my portion included pull up (modified to jumping pull ups), overhead walking lunges, push press, wall balls and double unders (modified to 150 singles)I have never done a pull up in my life and I freaking did 50 modified pull ups yesterday. I could hardley believe it. The folks at the box were very helpful and encouraging from the coaches on down the line. I do plan on going back. Whew ..... boy am I sore today, but I can't stop smling.
