Lifted more than I thought I could!

This is my first post on here so... hi! :)

 

Pretty new to strength training, but I'm building strength from a back injury a few years ago, and today for the first time I was able to use the 8kg Kettlebells during my bench press (I think it's called that, I lie on my back on the floor and push my arms up and back down, holding weights). Up until now I was too scared to try the heavier weights, I had been using 3-4kgs, so I'm pretty happy with that :)
