CanuckBane
Hi there, I'm Joe Pictured below is my goal. That's one of my favorite actors Tom Hardy as Bane from The Dark Knight Rises. As of now I have roughly 85 lbs to lose off a soft and chunky exterior. I will be posting my own battle log titled Becoming Bane to track my progress and gather support from the community. This will be no easy task but I believe it can be done. To add to the challenges already faced as an overweight guy trying to become Bane I have never been able to build my arms. So it should be interesting. The battle plan to start out is first to learn to master my own bodyweight. I have a lot of knowledge in the world of health and fitness but I've never had the drive to put it all together long enough to make a difference. Anyways thanks for reading. Cheers What part of the forum is for stories and logs like I am about to do? Thanks for the help in advance. Any suggestions would be appreciated and taken into consideration. Link to comment

CanuckBane
I have seen Warrior. Great movie. Commercial flop sadly but man is it good! It was so well put together and for it not to get the commercial push it needed is a shame. Link to comment

I've worked exclusively with my own body weight for a few years, and found it to be challenging and fun. Let me know if you have any questions. All the best.
