Evening, NF!  My wife just joined and I'm following her lead.  

 

I've been struggling with weight issues for just about as long as I can remember.  I played football through high school, which really allowed me to cultivate absolutely horrible eating habits.  I tried to remain active in college, but a major knee injury knocked me off that wagon fairly quickly.  I watched the freshman 15 turn into 20, 25, and so on.  

 

I've been more active lately, taking advantage of the gym at work, but have become discouraged after not seeing many physical changes after two months.  I know most of it has to do with my diet-- fast food is extremely convenient.  I'm hoping to create better eating and exercise habits.

 

My main goal is weight loss.  I've never been happy with my body and I want to change that.
