Work Hard Gain Hard

Hi all! Figured it was about time to get connected to a health community.

My "new" journey officially begins today! My weigh in and measure this morning leaves me at the most fit and healthy I've ever been in my life. I've been committed for a bit over two years, the last of which I was more actively committed to overall health. I've been following a Paleo diet very happily for a month now and that's what's really getting me the definition I've been looking for. I also do Pilates 3-5 times a week, HIIT training, and a bit of cycling here and there.

It's crazy that even when you surpass your goals, your body still craves more. And this time I feel like I can do it! So excited for what's in the future and can't wait to dig in and read through all the topics here.
