SkyeRose Posted July 3, 2013 Report Share Posted July 3, 2013 As I type this I realise how pathetic one push-up may sound, so actually I will clarify, I did 3 sets of 5 reps, but whose counting! I week ago my husband worked with me to correct my form on my sad attempt at push-ups on my knees. I could barely do 2 per set. Fast forward a week and I just did my first proper push-up. Once upon a time I would have stopped and gone "Yay, I did one!" However, I went "if I can do one I wonder if I can do five?" Three sets later I can now proudly say that I can now do push-ups!
