Hey joker81.

How tall, heavy are you? and what are you eating right now (sort of usual diet patern)?

It's not 80% diet, 20% exercise, it's 100% diet, 100% exercise. Give it your all.

Holy crap you're packing up on carbs lol...Is there any reason why you're taking so many carbs? Also for protein, at your weight (1.76g/kg recommended intake),  you should be aiming for like 160 grams of protein a day.

To gain muscles you need to train your muscles, just doing mma (which mostly is just cardio with bursts of ATP usage), won't give you much more strenght unless you're physically training for 5-6 hours a week.

Eat more meat, fish, chicken, steak, etc. Eat your veggies. Try to substitute some rice for veggies. make sauté's (they're easy, chop up some veggies, throw in a few spices, throw it all in a wok and cook).

TL;DR, Lift heavy, eat moar animals.

It's not 80% diet, 20% exercise, it's 100% diet, 100% exercise. Give it your all.

Since like you said, MMA is mostly cardio with the occasional burst, you could try to go before or after. Going on days you don't have MMA would be better though, 3-4 times a week (3 minimum, 4 idealy).

For a program, you could check this section of the forum, as I have no idea how to make a strenght training plan.
