Hey, another newbie post here. : )

 

My name's Charlotte, I'm 22 and living in the UK. I love stuff like photography, old-school sci-fi & horror films, Celtic history and Japanese culture.

 

I'm mostly floating around the forums at the moment, trying to get an idea of what it is that I want to achieve, and where I should start. I have a basic idea - I have a small build so I'd like to build up a little physical strength and generally be more active. I'd also like to clean up my diet a little, it's reasonable, but there's room for improvement and I'd like to be more conscious about what I'm eating.

 

My boyfriend introduced me to NF so we're going to be bouncing ideas off each other and supporting each other as we try to be more active and generally healthier.
