Felling much better.

  Hello, NF. Just wanted somewhere to say that I quit smoking, cut the 4+ cups of coffee down to 1 cup, and went from 250 to 190. I can jog way longer, can actually do squats, push-ups, rows, and lift. I'm still working on my first proper pull-up. My co-workers at Mcdonalds have all come to me and said "You look like you've lost weight." I didn't do it for them, but it felt good to hear that. I'm still on my journey from deep in Empire-space to Coruscant (using the New Republic era, else that metaphor wouldn't make much sense), but I've started. And that is a Very Good Thing.
