Alementa Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Hello everyone, I found this site a couple of weeks ago and thought it was just what I was looking for. I had been dieting like crazy (no more than 900 calories a day) and plenty of cardio and seemed to be no better for it. Having finally come off medication to battle the remnants of a brain tumour and being diagnosed with 2 food intolerances I thought it was time to start thinking about being STRONG and HEALTHY rather than skinny. Because, come on, who doesn't want to be a warrior woman? So here I am, learning to do it all properly. I hope if you have any hints or tips you could share them with me. Quote Link to comment

I prefer not to go to gyms and exercise as soon as I get back from work (my own time and my own way) so I just invested in some weights and a pull-up/chinning bar so lets see how it goes.
