Minty Keen Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 So this morning I decided I'd go work out in the park across the road, so that after my regular circuit I could test my skills on the pull-up bar they have there. And I was able to do a chin-up! Couldn't do two though, got halfway up again after the first and wouldn't budge further. So after that I did some inverted rows on the lower bar beside it. I'm hoping that'll get the muscles I need to do pull-ups stronger. Hurray! I like to do them on the MBTA when I get a section of train with not many people on it and can just go to town. The movement of the train adds a little extra to it.
