I finished one (granted, wall pushups, so I did 20 and not 10, and creaky knees, so my form wasn't 90 degrees), and I wasn't dead, so I did another. I STILL wasn't dead, so I finished the third. THREE SETS! I stretched VERY carefully afterward, but even if I am totally immobile tomorrow it will have been worth it I. ROCK!
