New guy. Gettin' it done.

Hello everyone!

 

 

I gotta turn this around and get into better shape. I woke up yesterday and looked in the mirror and just felt completely unhappy with how much I've let myself go. I've never been a big guy, but my bad eating habbits have officially caught up with me. I've tried work out programs like Insanity and P90x, but never commited to a healthy diet so I never made any real progress.

 

I'm here to make ALL the changes necessary to get the body I've always wanted.

 

 

I plan on buying both the fitness and the strength guide and using them both at the same time considering I'm no stranger to the gym.

Has anyone used them together? Is that recommended?
