Thought i'd introduce myself, since i've just arrived :)

 

33 yrs old. Been training seriously since January (although i've been working out for a few years, it hasn't really got me anywhere. Turns out there's a  difference between 'training' and 'working out'....)

 

Anyway, managed to lose almost a stone and half since January, just another few pounds to go and then.... i have no idea what. I've been trying to lose the weight for so long I've only got a vague idea what i want to accomplish after that. Suppose thats why i've joined the forum, for some inspiration and tips :)

Current goal is to get my weight down to 12 stone dead. That'll be the lowest my body fat has been for about 15 years... (Hard to believe its gone that quick!). Currently strength training, so I've put on a little muscle as well. Only another 10 pounds to go!
