Hey everyone, I'm Emma. I'm trying to get into shape and put on weight. I'm naturally very slender which has made it hard to motivate myself to get into good shape physically but enough excuses! I start work soon as a professional so I want to start and continuing improving my health so I can avoid living unhealthily and in a high stress environment. My diet's already pretty paleo but I'm not doing much exercise. My aim is start small and do three lots of exercise a week.

 

I'm signed up for a running "bootcamp" tomorrow and I'm a little nervous about it so wish me luck!

If your goal is to put on weight, you need to up your protein intake and lift weights. Too much cardio will be counterproductive to gaining weight in muscle.
