cyberdecker Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 For more or less 4 years, I was in the 75 kg (165 lbs) mark. In this week I noticed that I reached below the 70 kg mark (154 lbs). Yeah! My diet is not yet paleo, but I have increased the fruits and nuts. I also cut most of the wheat and I also reduced my cappuccinos from every day to 1-2 per week. I know that I need to get a real plan, but at least, cutting these things helped to get to this mark. Now I'm motivated to do a real plan to get on my next milestone. PS: I need to get used to the order of magnitude of lbs here, because I always used kg, but Google converts for me Quote Link to comment
