Hey! I'd like to give myself a bit of an intro. I'm Virlomi. I'm 22, nursing student and work full time at a local hospital as a tech.

 

As for where I'm at and my goals:

 

- Current BMI of 28, body fat percent at 30%. 

 

-I've always been overweight, and sick but when I was teenager I found out why: celiac disease. For most people this causes weight loss, for me it causes intense cravings, sickness and weight gain. Lucky me.

 

-Since last January, I've stopped using celiac as an excuse. I lost around 20 lbs and am trying to continue to loose weight, via paleo diet, being paranoid about ridding my diet of all gluten, IF, weight training and swimming. 

 

I'm looking for support here in my mission to get healthy, and feel healthy.

 

So, that's me. ^_^
