Hi Everyone!

My Name is Hanna. I'm a chef by trade. I luckily have a m-f job during the day! I have a dalmatian that never runs out of energy and sometimes I feel like I have none after being on my feet all day!

 

I'm starting nerd fitness because #1 I'm a nerd and #2 I have no clue how to work out.

I run 2-4 times a week and am training for a half marathon. I also like to bike and ride a 100 mile race every year but those things don't seem to be getting me into the shape I want to be in.

I think back to when I was in AF ROTC and how good I felt during that time (best shape of my life). I want that back, but I don't know how to it.

Now, I'm here. And I'm gonna get that back!!

I know I'll be on here asking lots of questions and needing people to hold me accountable.

I took my before shots of myself and cannot wait to see the progression.

 

I'm doing this now because I realized that I have focused way to much on what other people want the last 5 years of my life and now it's time to focus on what I want!

Anyhow, I'm excited to start this journey with you all! :)
