BananaH Posted July 17, 2013 Report Share Posted July 17, 2013 Hi Everyone!My Name is Hanna. I'm a chef by trade. I luckily have a m-f job during the day! I have a dalmatian that never runs out of energy and sometimes I feel like I have none after being on my feet all day! I'm starting nerd fitness because #1 I'm a nerd and #2 I have no clue how to work out.I run 2-4 times a week and am training for a half marathon. I also like to bike and ride a 100 mile race every year but those things don't seem to be getting me into the shape I want to be in.I think back to when I was in AF ROTC and how good I felt during that time (best shape of my life). I want that back, but I don't know how to it.Now, I'm here. And I'm gonna get that back!!I know I'll be on here asking lots of questions and needing people to hold me accountable.I took my before shots of myself and cannot wait to see the progression. I'm doing this now because I realized that I have focused way to much on what other people want the last 5 years of my life and now it's time to focus on what I want!Anyhow, I'm excited to start this journey with you all! -Hanna Link to comment
