Crooked Posted June 17, 2011 Report Share Posted June 17, 2011 Inspired by kahn265, I wanted to share two recent PRs: 1) Deadlift PR! In under one month (since starting to do Crossfit regularly), I'd increased my 1RM deadlift from 165 to 195. Two nights ago, I told Coach I wanted to break 200. After much straining, I did — and then I hit 210 lbs.! 225 lbs. was initially my long-term deadlift goal, but I think I'm going to have to adjust my aims. 2) Today was possibly the lowest-carb day of my life. 42.8 grams of carbs = 9% of calories. I'm a bit of a fruitaholic, and today I had one piece all day. Quote Comeback Challenge Link to comment
