Week 2 of Rookie Level

Hey fellow rebels!

 

Started reading NF about a month ago and I am just finishing up my second week of the level 1 in the training guide.

 

I am 23 y/o and work in finance. I have struggled with going to the gym regularly ever since I began college. It has always just been something that I became disappointed with because I never achieved results....But that is the past. 

 

Body stats:

Height: 5'9"

Starting Weight (July 1): 175

Today's Weight: 169

 

I am looking to become stronger, lower my body fat percentage (haven't yet measured it yet), and just have more energy in life. In the past couple weeks since following the NF lifestyle and leveling up, I have felt incredible and can't wait to participate in the next challenge!

 

I'm excited to be here and can't wait to continue to get STRONGER!

As I'm sure you know already, the NF community is super supportive and helpful! So I'm sure we'll all help you keep up with your goals!
 

And for lowering your BF% I am thinking of having a PVP challenge for lowering bodyfat and possibly having a prize to help out with motivation! So be sure to keep an eye out :D
