readyformyskinnypants Posted July 19, 2013 Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 Hi, I woke up a couple weeks ago, and without anything really out of the ordinary, I said today is the day. I have been the same weight for a really long time, with a few pregnancies thrown in. 4 actually . My youngest is almost three. I would say that is a long enough "break" from gettting back to a normal size. I ran 2 half marathons in 2010, a month before getting pregnant, all while being 178 pounds and totally unhealthy! Today, again, I am 177, coming down from 191. Not doing much. I started Eating Paleo the day of my epiphany. I am feeling great. Don't see a much of a change yet, but the feeling is amazing. I have had a few treats since then, mostly dairy. No grains as of today. I stay at home so I have time to workout, just have to find the desire to. yikes!! Glad to be around people that have the same types of goals and am looking forward to the next challenge! Link to comment
