Warrior Checking in!

Hello all,

 

One day i looked in the mirror (at my 24 pack) and decided it was time for a change!  So I started eating right, cut out all that delicious beer I was drinking and hit the home DVD workout routines.  I lost 50+ pounds in a little over 3 months, then decided it was time to take it to the next level and joined a Gym.  For the past 3 or so months I have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week and hitting the weights.  I found this site while googling my random 'fitness tips' and have been lurking around for a few weeks before deciding it was time to sign up and join in on the action.  Im looking forward to competing in my first challenge and chatting it up with like minded people and learning new ways to improve my overall fitness level and strength training.
