have been reading nerd fitness for the past 15 months and this is the best thing which has happened to me.

I have not totally avoided soda during this period and i have been running alot and i have lost around 20 lbs but i need to loose 50 lbs more and i do feel i should not be lazy and just see i do the following things.

 

  • No gluten
  • No Rice ( in my family we do eat lots of rice , however i will limit them to once a week ) 
  • No Sugar 

but being a vegetarian i do worry about source of protein and also i want some advise on exercises which will burn my tummy flab.

 

I need to loose around 10 inches from my belly... 

 

However no excuses on my part ... i am going to act like a warrior and see i become a lean and awesome nerd.
