quantgeek Posted July 22, 2013 Report Share Posted July 22, 2013 have been reading nerd fitness for the past 15 months and this is the best thing which has happened to me.I have not totally avoided soda during this period and i have been running alot and i have lost around 20 lbs but i need to loose 50 lbs more and i do feel i should not be lazy and just see i do the following things. No glutenNo Rice ( in my family we do eat lots of rice , however i will limit them to once a week ) No Sugar but being a vegetarian i do worry about source of protein and also i want some advise on exercises which will burn my tummy flab. I need to loose around 10 inches from my belly... However no excuses on my part ... i am going to act like a warrior and see i become a lean and awesome nerd. Quote Link to comment
