Hi All,

 

Andy here, I am 25 and sit at a desk all day making sweet maps - currently wanting to put on some healthy weight, and gain fitness/strength.

 

I joined a gym 5 weeks ago, and have been trawling this site but figured it was time to join in the fun.

 

Currently I am attempting the stronglifts 5x5 program and am feeling good so far.

 

Also have a rather restricted diet (Gluten Free, Milk Fat intolerance) which means I am starting not to far away from Paleo, just need to majorly cut out the sugar.

 

Goals so far

Weigh 75kg (Starting at 67kg)

Drop Body Fat % under 14%

and get better at dragging myself up mountains

 

So here goes.

 

Oh and the cool part - I am from Middle Earth (New Zealand)

Want to be stronger, training like a warrior (wannabe)
