OfficeClimber Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Hi All, Andy here, I am 25 and sit at a desk all day making sweet maps - currently wanting to put on some healthy weight, and gain fitness/strength. I joined a gym 5 weeks ago, and have been trawling this site but figured it was time to join in the fun. Currently I am attempting the stronglifts 5x5 program and am feeling good so far. Also have a rather restricted diet (Gluten Free, Milk Fat intolerance) which means I am starting not to far away from Paleo, just need to majorly cut out the sugar. Goals so farWeigh 75kg (Starting at 67kg)Drop Body Fat % under 14%and get better at dragging myself up mountains So here goes.
