Fabrisse Posted July 24, 2013 Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 I've been following the blog for awhile, but I just found out that I will be having abdominal surgery in a couple of weeks. While I am not at peak fitness, I've been doing yoga, strength training (I can deadlift 100 lbs or do repetitions with 70), and lots of walking for a long time. I thought maybe some people in the community could give me pointers about how to ease back in and stuff. I know that for the first 2-4 weeks after surgery, I will probably have a "don't lift more than 10 lbs" limit. Anyway, I'm looking for inspiration. Fabi Quote Link to comment
