My name is Brock and I'm 27 years old. I have a wife, 3 kids, work full time and go to school full time. Needless to say I'm kinda busy most of the time. I've been spending the last couple months transforming myself. I've always been a chunky guy with some man boobs. After returning from Iraq a couple years ago I really started to slip even more. Over the last 2 months I've lost 30ish lbs using a mostly paleo style diet with absolutely no exercise. At my heaviest I was sitting around 215 and now I'm currently hovering at 180 (haven't been that since around junior high). I decided to take it to the next level and I've recently started the Starting Strength program. I'm really excited to see where I can take this and see what else I can learn from NF!
