So inspiring was the attitude towards life and fitness this site promotes. I specially enjoyed articles about superhero workouts. But also stuff like "how to live and train like a spartan". I hope in the future there will be a "how to live and train like a viking warrior" article! I have had some success in my training recently. In 2009 I was 105kg at the heaviest (while I'm 181cm tall). Today I'm 85kg. My goal is 77kg. At the moment I'm questioning whether to keep on going with negative calories or try to gain some lost muscle for a change. Keep on fighting!
