So... hello there. My name's Chris. Earlier this year, I decided to return to college (after a five-year hiatus), and to make a long story short, one thing led to another, and over the past few months I've been engaged in a total overhaul of my lifestyle. My fitness and health are things that I only had passing interest in, but now I'm taking a much more focused stance concerning my physical well-being.

I guess I'm here in hopes that I'll find motivation, inspiration, and other -ation's from the posters here. Plus, I'm always looking for new workouts to try, new activities... whatever.

Anyway, this is an abridged introduction, because it's one o' clock in the morning here in the dirty south. I'll see you all around the board.
