Peace good folks,

 

I can't lie. When I think about the Rebellion, I think about She-Rah. That's my girl. Anywho, I'm so grateful I stumbled across this site.

 

I recently finished my Ph.D (I graduate Saturday!) and I look a hot mess. The next six months are an attempt to revamp and reclaim myself: I'm about 75 pounds overweight and about to turn 30 in January. Those two things just don't go together. I mean, yeah I want to get healthy and blasé blasé, but honestly? I'm in this thing for Gap Jeans. I recently went into the Gap and a sales girl told me "sorry but our biggest size is 12. I don't think you're a 12." *slow blink* For real though? So for that sole reason, a pair of size 12 Gap jeans, is why I'm here.

 

I'm a blerd (Black Nerd) who loves ElfQuest, Ghost Stories, and Hip Hop. Ain't that a kick-ass combination?! Looking forward to meeting folks and getting in those jeans. Uh, no pun intended.

Re: Size 12... that's messed up!  I can't believe they would say that to you!  That's why I shop at Aeropostale /wink.  They recently reclassified their size 13/14's to 12!
