Parody of Virtue Posted July 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Level 2 = 5 x 10 box jump squats *squee* for reference, level 2.5 will be 4 x 15, and level 3 will be to get 50 with the box raised to its highest level (it's an aerobics step, the kind where if you flip the feet around it gets about 4 inches higher) Quote Link to comment
