I am a popper, working on physical conditioning to compliment my dancing. Vital Stats: Age:22Height: 5' 11"Weight: 145lbs My endgame goal is to be the Nastiest Popper possible which entails roughly 15-20 hours a week of dance training couple with 2-3 conditioning sessions per week. My target weight is 160lbs but I would like to achieve this through bodyweight exercises. Currently running the advanced body weight routine and shoveling as much food into my mouth as possible. Unsure if I should be an Assassin or a Monk, both tend to go for the usable strength build I am after. Eating 3 dozen eggs a week, drinking flax seed oil twice a day for extra calories, shoveling in other foods as much as I can handle/afford.
