Me and my girlfriend talked about CrossFit Tuesday night because my room mate goes about 4-6 times a week. I told her I might join it the price wasn't so expensive. I then though, it's only 25-30 bucks a week. BAH, I might try it. It ended there.

 

This morning my room mate looks at me and asked me to leave early from work Friday, because he has to leave for the week end for exams for university (because he's leaving at the end of the month). I was like sure, but why? He said well I want to go at Crossfit before leaving, it's a TeamWOD, but they don't know what they're going to do. I told him I'd go.

 

I just got myself into something that I've never done and tbh, I'm a bit scared lol. (But I think I'm ready)

 

It's not 80% diet, 20% exercise, it's 100% diet, 100% exercise. Give it your all.
