I'm not very overweight, but I am tried of being weak and out of shape. My whole life I've felt like this and I am just about fed up. A few years ago I started running and actually ran a 5k (never thought I'd be able to do that!). Last year I did p90x. I recently started Insanity - I competed Day 25 today. All this cardio is great and I feel amazing but I am really looking forward to lifting some weights. I have a two big goals: Complete Tough Mudder & do some weight lifting.
