Hello from Canada!

 

I have been doing much reading about Nerd Fitness and the Rebellion for some time now. I am making a gradual transition from my crappy diet into the Paleo life change. So far its been going all right. Hubby has several co-workers who have made the lifestyle change to Paleo - so he gets some help and advice from them. Fitness wise - well thats almost non-existent. I have an encylopedia sized book of excuses as to why I don't have time for fitness (mother of two, son is super busy and active in sports, work between 10 & 12 hours a day... blah blah blah). But I'm working on it.

 

Anyway, I should be getting back to work now. Don't mind me as read through these boards (there may even be some occassional posting lol).
