Hello fellow nerds.

Hello to everyone here at NerdFitness! I'm very excited I was able to find something like this as it melds my two loves, games (D&D fan) and working out. I currently work in Law Enforcement with a county agency, I am also on my departments SWAT team. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve and motivate myself to be faster and stronger than I was. I'm a new father of a little girl so things around my house have changed dramatically in the last few months. I've been lurking around for the last two days reading up on the substantial amount of information on this website. I'm a complete crossfit freak and I'm working on going more paleo, as of right now I'm sitting at roughly 75% paleo. 

 

My goals are simply to gain more strength in lifting weights over 200 lbs, and develop my endurance (quite simply I suck at running).

 

My life goals are to be a healthy and devoted father, husband and officer. (more to be added when time permits)

 

My "stats" are as follows

 

Age:28

Height: 5'09"

Weight: 165

Body Fat %: roughly 14%

Race: Half-Elf

Class: Ranger

Level: 0

6 week challenge: 1st
