I'm 43 years old, and for the past year or so I've been getting more serious about getting back into shape. At one point last year, I weighed in at around 216 or so, but I've now managed to get down to about 173. I look better than I've looked in years (and lemme tell you, I'm getting much more attention from women). With my body fat this low (I estimate it's around 16-17% or so), I can see the basic outline of the coveted sixpack--which is exciting, because it's been a longstanding dream of mine to have a perfectly chiseled sixpack abdomen. So what I want to do now is go the rest of the way: get down to about 10% body fat, and reveal those beautiful abs! To do that, I need to crank my fitness up to the next level. I've started the Paleo Diet, and I'm doing a bit of weight training and other exercises. I need to crank it all up several levels, add more exercises, etc. Looking forward to meeting some like-minded people and sharing the journey! Quote Link to comment
