foldeymort Posted August 4, 2013 Report Share Posted August 4, 2013 Hello wayfarers, Being fed up of being a half-elf waifling I decided that I wanted to bulk up grrr! I have a beach summer holiday planned in March in the new year, and it seemed like an excellent deadline to have gotten the bulk boulder rolling. Hating the meat-head types and embarrassed at my puny lifting skills (I imagine), the gym has always been menacing and a not-for-me kind of place. As it is though, the whole idea of bulking up and having a high calorie diet and weight-lifting regime is so alien to me I almost don't know what I'm doing. I hear the meat-heads at work who clearly pump something talking about reps and sets and shakes & what not and I guess it all baffles me. Does anyone have any advice for a regime to stick to start on weights & high calories (there are some dumbells out the back where I live!) Arrgh!
