Traveling to San Diego!

Hey y'all,

I'm traveling for San Diego (actually, I'll be staying in Vista, but I'll be in SD a bunch) for a week at the end of the month, and I'm looking for some advice!

- Where are good, healthy places to eat? I'm vegan but a bit flexible at restaurants.

- The Sunday that I'm there is my active rest day, and I would love some advice on a nice hike to take in the morning (I've been informed that bottomless mimosas exist in Cali, which is not something we have in Canada, so drunk brunch is planned for later in the morning, but I want to get some exercise in first).

- Any particularly nice places to go for a run in the Vista area?

Also, I'm going to visit my fella, and he has lots of sweet dates planned, but I'd love to surprise him by planning a sweet date of my own for us, so any advice on that would be swell!
