Chin-ups question

I try and keep my head facing forwards, not looking up. I just stare ahead and attack the chin ups.

Not sure but tilting your neck while tensing muscles probably won't do your neck much good in the long run.

The only antidote,

is blood, sweat and hope

and a blueprint to save us from what we have become.
