zendup Posted August 7, 2013 Report Share Posted August 7, 2013 Hello, fellow rebels! I'm sure almost no one will remember me, but I joined the rebellion last year. I was doing CrossFit and Paleo and lost 40 lbs... then I got pregnant. haha So, CrossFit was out (per doctor's orders, as I was extremely new to it and still very overweight) and although I could have continued with Paleo, I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted (typical pregnant women, huh?). Well, I had my son in May and I am getting back into the swing of things! I didn't gain back all of the 40 lbs I had lost before I got pregnant, but I'm not at my pre-pregnancy weight either. I just wanted to stop in and say hi.
