Johnny
Hello, My name is John Bravo. I weigh 285 lbs. I’ve been lurking on the Nerd Fitness blog for at least half a year now and seeing Steve jet around all over the planet finally got to me. “Why am I not on an Epic Quest” I thought to myself while bringing my 40th McDonald’s Chicken nugget lathered in hot mustard toward my mouth. I felt horrible. I felt so horrible about myself I closed my bag of fast food and tossed it out and drained my bucket of Coke in the toilet. I was done. And since Wednesday July 13th, 2011 I have been eating healthy and exercising.
