Hello!  I'm Jangles, a 34 year old woman from Scotland and I am seriously unfit.

 

I used to be fit pre-children as I did Karate twice a week and walked 8-10 miles a day with my dog, as well as all the walking I did around the office with my job.  Now, I do housework, walk the 4 miles a day on the school run and carry my two year old in a wrap on my back - strength training?

 

I aim to become fitter, even if it means I don't lose weight meaning I'm still overweight, I just don't want to be fat anymore.  I'm going to do intermittent fasting and make a change to full Paleo, starting with two or three meals a week and adding one or two more each week.  I don't know what sort of exercising I should do though so I'm off to have a look through, get ideas, get inspired, get motivated and get off the laptop and do it.
