Dropped 10 pounds this week!

When I stepped on the scale this past Sunday morning, I was at 270.  When I stepped on today, 260!  I've been losing weight all year, but I refocused three weeks ago and started working out 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours at a time, and I've kept my calories in between 1500-1800.  My first week, I dropped 8 pounds.  My second was disheartening because I broke even, but I stuck with my plan and dropped 10 pounds all this week!  The best part is that I'm now 19 pounds away from losing 100 on the year!  For the first time probably ever I'm actually looking forward to stepping on the scale next Friday....woot!

Thanks guys.  Yeah, my first thought was "Okay, this probably falls under that 'results not typical' category."  So I'm by no means expecting to lose 10 every week, but I couldn't be happier with the start of it.

Thanks WarriorPrincess!  Progress has leveled off a bit this week.  I dropped 2 lbs a day for about 7 days before it slowed down, but that's to be expected.  I'm just gonna keep plugging away and see what happens!
