Hi everyone, I'm Trish! I found this site when I was searching an exercise program I saw on TV, and this place looks like exactly what I need. For the last two years - since I started college - I've been basically failing at staying healthy and actually committing to a program that works for me. This seems like something that'll motivate me to get what I want done though, so I'm really excited to get things started!!

Fix slight pelvic tilt, reinforce lower back to help disc issue
