More about me:: I'm a designer, work 8 hours a day sitting at a desk! I do freelance work too, so that means I'm sititng even more! I recently put on a few extra pounds and I've been doing the... "not eating much of anything and drinking lots of coffee" diet stategey. That really isn't working well at all. I've never had a habit of working out, but I think taking it slow with the beginner workouts is going to be the trick! I'm also doing this diet to motivate my brother who is diabetic. He needs to eat healthier and start taking care of himself better! I told him about this place, but I'm not sure if he is ready.
