Snohomie Posted August 23, 2013 Report Share Posted August 23, 2013 Finally held my plank for two minutes on all three sets today. I was hurting pretty bad on the last one (was supersetting with pull ups, which didn't make things easier), but pushed through it and the timer hit 0 before I collapsed. For me, the coolest part was that at the start of June, I wasn't doing more than one minute for three sets. Might have been at 45 seconds a set. Next goal: 3 minutes. Quote Link to comment
