Rebel Strenght and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Recommended Posts

Hello Everybody!

My name is Michiel and I live in Belgium.

I was wondering if there is anyone here who practices some kind of martial art, and combines it with Rebel Strenght?

I'm looking for a way to get some more mass/strenght, but I also train BJJ 3 times per week.

Rebel Strenght looks like a solid option, and I have heard alot of good things about it.

But if I go 100% for this and still keep my BJJ training it would mean that I would not get as much rest as the books says.

(doing less BJJ is not an option, I'm addicted)

What do you guys think? someone else who happens to be in the same position?

PS: sorry for my bad english or weird sentences :D

I am doing Arnis 2x per week and Dan John's minimalist training routine Monday and Friday.

You could do Rebel Strength, just make sure you're eating enough to recover. That's what I like about the minimalist training is the ability to add strength and have plenty of recovery.
